  • HOUSE RULES:

To make a reservation the guest must confirm availability on the Hotel website ww.belarosahotel.com and/or with the Hotel Reservations Dept. (Mon-Sunday– from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m..) If the guest reservation is made through e-mail, guests will receive a response within 48 hrs. Monday through Friday. Reservations require 100% of the total value of the stay via credit card charge through the website. When using a credit card to secure a reservation, a hold of $150.00 will be charged for any incidentals and/or potential damage to the room. if there are no incidentals or damages to charge the hold will be released and this process may take approximately 15 days depending on the issuing Bank and timing is outside BELAROSA’s control.

  • RESTRICTIONS:

All room reservations will be for the guest who made the reservation and if the reservation is made for someone other than the person on the reservation, the individual who made the reservation must send an e-mail confirming that the reservation is someone else and provide their name, last name, and a copy of their identification which will be required at check-in

Guests must contact the Hotel directly to request rooms with specific details such as the number of beds, access for wheelchairs, panoramic view, etc. since all room assignments are confirmed according to availability

Firearms are not allowed or permitted anywhere on the BELAROSA premises even if the guest holds a valid permit.

Guests are strictly prohibited from making loud/annoying noises, causing altercations, allowing entrance to unregistered guests, entering any type of pets (except for service pets cleared by reception), and in general, any act that disturbs other guests in the Hotel

Guests must not damage or deteriorate the furniture, decoration, or hotel property. ALL damages will be charged to the client at checkout.

Use a moderate tone of voice in room or hallway areas.

Use courtesy, respect, and good manners towards workers and other guests

BELAROSA reserves the right to terminate a guest’s reservation in the event of a breach of any hotel rules, and this will not entitle the guest to any refund of their reservation and will also be required to pay for all damages caused by any registered guest

  • ADDITIONAL FEES:

Maximum occupancy for 1 or 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (8 years old or younger.) If the number of guests traveling exceeds the maximum occupancy please book more than one room or the hotel will charge an additional fee of $75.00 for any guests beyond the maximum amount and BELAROSA reserves the right to cancel the guest’s reservation for violation of the hotel’s policy.

Cancellations and modifications must be made and approved 5 days before the original reservation. All modifications are subject to the hotel’s availability. All cancellations less than 5 days before the original reservations will not be refunded.

If a guest does not check in on the confirmed date or has to depart early, the guest is responsible for paying 100% of the original reservation.

  • CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT:

Room check-in time is at 3 p.m. Early arrivals are subject to the Hotel’s availability

ALL Guests are required to show a valid Passport or ID per person at registration and pay the full amount of their reservation if they have not already done so through the hotel website

ALL Guests must ensure that their bill is fully paid before departure. BELAROSA reserves the right to process any unpaid charges on the guest’s registered credit card should the guest leave without ensuring their outstanding bill was fully paid

ALL Guests must leave the keys to their room at the reception desk at checkout

ALL Guests must check out and vacate the room by 12:00 p.m. If the guest does not check out by 12:00 p.m. and has not previously arranged a late checkout with the front desk the guest is liable for the price corresponding to another day of lodging or to $50.00 for checking out late

If the hotel has no availability, and the guest has not checked out by 12:00 p.m., the guests’ luggage will be removed from the room and the room will be assigned to the next guest – the Hotel will not be responsible for the guest’s belonging while removing them from the room.

  • MINORS:

Minors must be under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times and must provide proof of parental relationship at check-in.

Sexual and/or commercial exploitation of children or adolescents is prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.

  • PETS:

Only service pets will be allowed on the premises and guests ar required to provide authentic documentation and certification proving service status.

  • SMOKING:

BELAROSA DOES NOT allow smoking anywhere on its premises or inside its rooms.

  • SAFETY:

DO NOT enter restricted areas

DO NOT enter the pool with objects that can or will endanger your safety and the safety of other guests (i.e. glass, food, plates, large pool toys)

DO NOT enter the pool alone if you do not know how to swim

DO NOT enter the pool if you are intoxicated

DO NOT bring pyrotechnics onto the BELAROSA premises.

Upon making, confirming, and paying for a reservation all guests know, understand, and accept in full ALL of BELAROSA’s rules and regulations and are subject to them.
